Duties:

To support the Change Management Lead, working across the operational and project teams to ensure
preparedness for Epic go-live. To maintain positive relationships with stakeholders and documents
current state workflows, identifies future state expected changes, and analyze both who and how these
changes will impact end users from both operational and technical standpoint. To leverage the detailed
documentation and analyses in order to help communicate high risk changes and develop risk mitigation
plans to address areas at risk for go-live readiness.

Key Duties & Responsibilities

1. Identifies potential areas of resistance to change and developing counter strategies to reduce
resistance and foster positive acceptance and adoption.
2. Supports operational readiness lead in planning and executing operational readiness activities, such
as operational/workflow and technical dress rehearsals.
3. Documents, organizes, and maintains change impacts across the project stemming from current
state to future state Epic workflow changes.
4. Assists with the definition and implementation of appropriate metrics to measure operational
readiness across all impacted areas.
5. Conducts changes impact analyses to highlight areas of risk, identify potential solutions, and
present findings.
6. Collaborates with key stakeholders to effectively communicate goals and objectives of change
management and operational readiness activities.
7. Assists with development of strategies to ensure successful adoption of future state workflow
changes.
8. Assists with communication to functional areas regarding operational readiness activities.
9. Provides day-to-day tracking of operational readiness activities against project and build milestones.
10. Assists with planning for Go-Live Readiness Assessments.
11. Collaborates with the training team to ensure materials are aligned with and address areas with
high-risk change impacts.
12. Performs other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

Minimum Requirements

Bachelor's degree in a related field and (2) years of experience in change management and/or
operational readiness support required. Experience with Epic is preferred. Work experience may
substituted for education requirement.
Licenses / Certifications / Registrations
Epic certification(s) in area(s) of responsibility is preferred.

Preferred

Epic Certification not required. Work across operational areas to ensure preparedness for organizational change. Knowledge of change management theories and tools preferred. Experience in large operational readiness initatives a plus. Epic experience preferred.
