Qualifications
Applicants must have at least one year (52 Weeks) of specialized experience equivalent to the next lower band, PA-II, CS-II, PE-IIA, PT-II, or GS-13 grade level in the Federal service. Specialized experience for this position is defined as managing multiple high priority and often competing work demands of diverse assignments for PDP staffs; working with human capital processes to include familiarity with the performance management system; and working with the Learning Center and the Mission teams on staff development. Additionally, you must be able to apply a wide range of qualitative and quantitative techniques for the assessment and improvement of management processes and to develop performance metrics and complex data analytics and visualizations.

As a Management and Program Analyst PT-0343-3, your typical work assignments may include the following:
- Assist the PDP MD with PDP activities, staffing and the implementation of projects and recommendations;
- Consult with management, employees, and stakeholders across the agency to develop new or substantially revised requirements for PDP;
- Collaborate with managers and advisors to ensure consistent application of performance management processes for PDP staff;
- Manage the complexity of engaging and integrating input from managers on PDP opportunities, recognizing potential sources of conflict, proactively addressing conflicts, and developing optimal solutions;
- Develop innovative informational materials for PDP Analyst and intern recruiting, staffing and rotation assignments.
