Job Description:

Analyze an organization and design its processes and systems, assessing the business model and its integration with technology. Assess current state, identify customer requirements, and define the future state and/or business solution. Research, gather and synthesize information.

• Define key stakeholders, functions, and operating model for a cybersecurity risk management (CSRM) Program Management Office.
• Define, document, and maintain CSRM PMO standard operating procedures through collaborative stakeholder engagement. Facilitate design sessions with client stakeholders to co-create process maps for PMO functions and activities.
• Support ongoing development, implementation, creation, and storage of CSRM PMO roadmap(s)
• Execute CSRM communications and trainings in accordance with the Communications and Training Plans to align the organization and deliver insights to key executive stakeholders.
• Promote continuous improvement through applying human-centered design thinking concepts and identify opportunities to improve the CSRM PMO process

Required Skills:

• 5-8 years of experience in Change Management
• 5-8 years of experience in Communications Strategy & Management
