Our client, a leading organization in the finance sector, is seeking a Change Management QA Specialist to join their team. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, excellent organizational abilities, and effective communication skills, which will align successfully with the organization.

Job Title: Change Management/QA Analyst

Location: Plano TX

Pay Range: Best in the Segment on W2

What's the Job?

• Mentor and provide guidance on new QA change standard requirements to ensure project compliance.
• Collaborate with Global Technology teams to enhance processes, documentation, and approval routines for adherence to Change standards.
• Define success criteria and metrics in collaboration with Program and Technology Project Managers to measure compliance results.
• Evaluate and remediate issues identified through QA assessments.
• Ensure alignment of development processes with governance and change standards by partnering with Agile SMEs.

What's Needed?

• Strong foundation and understanding of Microsoft Office applications, with advanced knowledge of Excel and Access.
• Proficiency in Visual Basic for Applications (VBA) to create macros and data processing functions.
• Experience in design, implementation, administration, development, maintenance, and support of SharePoint sites.
• High proficiency in SharePoint solutions, SharePoint Designer, and related workflow environments.
• Excellent Excel skills, including lookups, pivot tables, common formulas, VBA macros, and managing large data sets.
