Insight Global is looking for a Change Management Specialist to support a government client in Washington DC. This individual will be responsible for developing and implementing new processes and procedures related to new leasing standards and lease reporting standards to support the client in the implementation of a leases reporting requirement. We are looking for someone who has strong written and verbal communication skills and has the ability to work across various different groups (including accountants, leasing SMEs, procurement, program offices, system developers). This position requires the ability to translate needs/requirements across these groups . You can also expect to build and develop internal control narratives, SOPs, and decision memos. You will also be required to review accounting standards, interpret requirements etc.

Required Skills & Experience
- Active TOP SECRET clearance REQUIRED
- Bachelor's Degree and 5+ years of experience, or 8+ years of experience in lieu of a degree
- Experience in financial management process improvement and/or change management
- Experience and ability to coordinate across different groups with varying backgrounds (including accountants, leasing SMEs, procurement, program offices, system developers)
Experience building & documenting internal control narratives, processes, procedures/SOPs and decision memos
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
knowledge of federal accounting would be a plus
