Our client is looking to fill the role of Chief Financial Officer (CFO). This role will be located in New York and hybrid with 3 days a week onsite.

Opportunity Awaits.
- $450,000 - $550,000 + bonus + benefits + equity
- Responsible for leading all fiscal functions in accordance with US Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP) and compliance with corporate reporting requirements
- Work closely with the CEO on business objectives and ensure that the monthly forecasts reflect the most recent opportunities and risks
- Manage all elements of the annual budget to achieve/exceed revenue and profit targets while maintaining the creative culture and delivering on the agency's vision
- Explore and develop new areas for agency growth and profitability
- Partner with senior executives on the development of business strategies
- Participate in RFI, RFP and pitch processes for new clients
- Pricing all new business opportunities
- Manage and maintain all agency contracts including NDAs, MSAs, SOWs, etc
- Manage, motivate and provide leadership to accounting and finance staff
- Oversight of the entire monthly close process including JEs, reconciliations, accrual/deferrals, P&L, researching variances
Required Qualifications:
- Big 4 public/private CPA preferred
- Strong technical foundation coupled with commercial and operation acumen
- Large advertising agency experience
- 7+ years experience in a similar role
