As Chief of Staff, you have the opportunity to:
  • Work in partnership with the Director to develop the Director's Annual Priorities (Priorities) and associated performance metrics and milestones
  • Develop tracking tools, reports, and a governance structure to ensure progress toward milestones and to communicate progress to the Executive Team
  • Coordinate across DTSC's programs to ensure timely delivery of programs and services tied to the Priorities are within scope and budget
  • Develop reporting and communication strategies on progress of Priorities for DTSC stakeholders, including Board of Environmental Safety (BES), legislative staff, CalEPA, and environmental justice and community activist groups
