Our client is seeking Child Welfare Case Managers in Philadelphia and the surrounding areas.

SUMMARY OF CLIENT'S DESCRIPTION OF THIS OPPORTUNITY
* Create family plans for each family on your caseload including but not limited to the identified concerns found by DHS
* Maintain regular contact with the families on your caseload by visiting homes to check-in and provide support
* Maintain clear and consisedocumantation of treatment interventions and case development.
* Provide services based on the families schedule
*Adhere to professional code of ethics and follow federal & state guidelinespertaining to ACT 31
* Other duties as assigned.

CLIENT'S REQUIRED EXPERIENCE & EDUCATION
* BA Degree in social work or humanservices
* Minimum (2) years of experience working in social work or human services field. Case managementexperience a plus
* Criminal History Clearances - PA State Police Clearance, Child Abuse, FBI, CPR certification, and physical with turberculosis test.
