An engineering client of Insight Global is looking to add a Civil Engineer Project Manager to their team. The ideal candidate has multiple years of experience in the civil engineering space within design, project management, and permitting. They are responsible for planning, directing, and coordinating activities of designated projects to ensure that the goals and objectives of the project are accomplished within prescribed time frames and funding parameters for the entire life cycle of the project. This will require 70% of the time on the project and 30% engineering.

Required Skills & Experience
- Bachelor's degree
- Experience with Civil Engineering- Design and Engineer work
- Responsible for completing and reviewing status reports and monitor intermediate and internal design reviews, such that documents adhere to the firms standards for completeness, quality, and accuracy.
- Project Management experience.
- Experience with estimating, scheduling, design, permitting, construction support and close-out.
- PE certification
- Proficient in AutoCAD, Revit, Microstation.
- OSHA 10 or OSHA 30 certified.
- Experience permitting and mapping out utilities

Nice to Have Skills & Experience
- MSD experience
