Salary Range: $130,000 - $150,000 / year DOE

Civil Litigation Attorney Requirements:

• 2-3 years of civil litigation experience, preferably in employment law, personal injury, or insurance defense
• Juris Doctor (JD) Degree from an accredited university
• Proven experience in drafting complaints, conducting discovery, and defending depositions
• Strong writing skills are essential
• Active bar membership in California
• Professional demeanor, articulate communication, and the ability to take initiative

Civil Litigation Attorney Responsibilities:

• Manage a caseload of 25-30 cases, including wage and hour, personal injury, consumer class actions, and data breach cases
• Draft complaints, conduct CMCs, and attend status conferences
• Collaborate with partners to move cases forward, with a focus on mediation and arbitration preparations
• Engage in discovery processes and conduct depositions
• Ensure thorough and accurate legal writing and documentation
