American Modern Insurance Group is recruiting for a Customer Service Representative for our inbound Claims contact center in Amelia, OH. As our customer service representative, you will answer high volume inbound calls, focusing on capturing detailed information for newly reported claims as well as answering questions on claims previously reported. You may also answer inquiries pertaining to settlement, status and pending documentation. This position will work a hybrid schedule (2-3 days in the office each week). The hours are Monday - Friday 10am - 7pm EST. Overtime during catastrophes is required.
