telephone calls from patients using impressive customer service. Contact insurance carriers and AEMC departments
to aid in rectifying a patient's account
Qualifications
High school graduate or equivalent required
Experience in all phases of 3rd party physician billing is required. Including but not limited to charge entry, claims
processing, payment posting, and the appeal/resubmission process for rejections and follow-up.
CRT experience required.
IDX software experience is preferred.
Excellent organizational skills required.
