A client is looking for a Learning and Enablement Manager to join their team! This position is a full-time opportunity, and we are looking for someone to be onsite with remote flexibility. In this role you will lead the Learning and Enablement group to growth by managing and hiring, creating an external strategy to improve customer learning through an external facing platform on their website which would offer clients training offerings including: knowledge articles, learning videos, tracks, tutorials, user guides, and more. In this position your group would also oversee internal training as well, this company has frameworks in place for internal training, but you will continue to enhance what they currently have to ensure employees have a clear picture for growth opportunities, and support.

Required Skills & Experience
5+ years of experience in management with strong leadership skills to coach and build a team
Experience creating a Learning & Development Strategy and external facing platform for new and existing external customers who use this companys products and services from a support and education standpoint
Experience creating a customer experience for learning with a well-designed website with robust offerings including knowledge articles, learning videos, tracks, tutorials, and user guides to support customer training
Experience with internal training for both Customer and Client support teams, design growth paths, learning tracks, etc.
Experience with e-learning tools (litmos, articulate, adobe captivate) and frameworks (ADDIE, SAM)
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
Experience working for a leading edge, SaaS, healthcare technology company, or similar
Experience with Video Development and AI
