A premier financial services firm is seeking a Client Service Manager to join their team at their team a fully remote position based out of the Dallas/Fort Worth, TX area! This role offers the unique opportunity to work closely with the company's founder, providing dedicated support to high-net-worth clients in a dynamic and high-energy remote setting. They are looking for seasoned candidates who are polished, confident, and genuine, with exceptional relationship-building skills and a strong work ethic. Candidates must have at least 5 years of experience as a CSA with experience at an RIA or large firm and the ability to keep up with the demands of the role. Salary Range: $80,000 - $150,000 / year DOE

Client Service Manager Requirements:
  • 5+ years experience as CSA
  • Experience at an RIA or large firm
  • Experience working with ultra-high-net-worth clients ($5 million+)
  • Series 65 or 66 or CFP certification is preferred
  • Bachelor s degree required (relevant experience may be considered)
  • Proficiency with RedTail, Schwab & Fidelity, Orien, Microsoft Suite, and RingCentral
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities
  • High level of attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment

Client Service Manager Responsibilities:
  • Serve as the right hand to the owner, supporting his extensive book of business
  • Handle client service requests, including moving money and onboarding new clients
  • Prepare for and follow up on client meetings
  • Manage client communications, ensuring timely and accurate responses
  • Oversee meeting preparation and follow-up, ensuring all client interactions are smooth and professional
  • Maintain detailed and accurate records, and ensure compliance with industry regulations
  • Work onsite, setting an example for the team with a strong presence in the office
