Vision Homecare Services is currently seeking a Client Services Manager to maintain and develop our Private Duty Nursing business line in New Rochelle, NY. The ideal candidate should be an energetic, organized person capable of multi-tasking and working in a team environment.

Qualifications:
  • High School Diploma, College Degree
  • Homecare Coordination Experience
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills (bilingual preferred)
  • Ability to develop/maintain professional relationships
  • Computer experience (email, scheduling software, Microsoft Word, Excel)
  • Ability to follow procedures and maintain compliance per company guidelines
  • Must have patience, adaptability, and integrity.

Responsibilities:
  • Maintain schedules and supervise Registered Nurses (RNs) and Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs)
  • Resolve customer service issues to ensure client success
  • Monitor caregiver activity
  • Verification of caregiver shifts for payroll/billing purposes
  • On-call responsibilities
  • Work cohesively with Clinical, Compliance and Intake Departments to admit new patients, manage caregivers, and maintain regulatory standards.
