We are seeking compassionate and dedicated Registered Nurses (RN) to join our homecare team, specializing in providing healthcare services to the geriatric population in the comfort of their homes. The ideal candidate will have experience in geriatric care, a strong clinical background, and a passion for delivering personalized and compassionate care to elderly patients.

Shifts: 8-12 hour day/night shifts

• Medication Management
• Foley Catheter Care
• Colostomy and Ostomy Care
• G-Tube Feeding
• Insulin/Diabetic Care Management
• Hospice Care
• Hoyer Lift Transfers or Bed Bound Care
• Wound Care
• IV/PICC/Infusion

Qualifications:

• Valid NY State RN License
• At least 1 year of experience as a Registered Nurse
• Current BLS
• Fully vaccinated against COVID-19
