Our client, a Global Food Manufacturer, is looking for a Client Services Specialist Lead to help drive exceptional customer experiences and accelerate new business growth!

Position: Client Services Specialist Lead
Location: St. Louis, MO (Remote)
Duration: Full-Time (Direct Hire)
Pay Range: $60,000 - $70,000 + Bonus + Fulltime Benefits

Key Responsibilities:
  • Customer Experience Champion: Ensure a seamless onboarding process for new prospects, fostering positive first interactions and building a foundation for long-term client relationships. Coach and mentor Client Service Specialists, empowering them to deliver outstanding, enthusiastic service that drives customer loyalty
  • Sales & Growth Catalyst: Collaborate closely with the Sales team to identify and capitalize on new business opportunities within existing accounts. Analyze customer ordering patterns to advise sales of potential trends and ensure inventory availability for new business.
  • Process & Efficiency Expert: Oversee the order entry process for accuracy and promptness. Develop departmental reports using Data Warehouse/Power BI to enhance customer service. Oversee the smooth setup of new accounts to streamline onboarding.
  • Team Player & Supporter: Provide hands-on support to Client Service Specialists. Backup the Client Service Manager. Cross-train team members on geographic regions and new processes, fostering a collaborative and efficient team environment.
Requirements:
  • Bachelors degree
  • Three plus years' experience in a customer service/inside sales environment.
  • Excellent communication and data entry skill.
