The SANIL Client Success Manager is a key member of the Territory management team and works closely with the Territory General Manager to plan and manage the growth of each Collective within the territory. This includes developing and managing marketing plans and events for 15+ collectives.

**Candidates must reside in the greater Atlanta area but will work remotely.

Qualifications:

• 2-5 years of strong project management or agency experience in planning and managing marketing campaigns (required)
• Bachelor's degree in business, sports marketing, or related field (required)
• College Sports Background/Strong Interest
• Communication: Great verbal and written communication skills.
• Creativity: Ability to craft engaging content that will resonate with sports fans.
• Ability to plan, schedule, and faciltate meetings with college athletic department staff; take notes; follow-up on action items
• Location: Atlanta (work from home)

Role Overview:

Strategy & Planning:

• Facilitate strategy meetings with GM and client (athletic departments) to develop comprehensive marketing plans for each collective (school).
• Identify best practices and examples of successful marketing campaigns and bring these ideas to the collectives.
• Develop "playbooks" on how to best plan and activate events (e.g., membership drive, golf event, restaurant percentage night, autograph signing, youth camp, coaches dinner, etc.).
• Develop detailed, task-level project plans for each collective.

Execution:

• Facilitate meetings to plan and execute marketing campaigns.
• Work with SANIL Creative Services to develop marketing assets.
• Coordinate with SANIL IT Services to create event landing pages and social media assets.
• Work with SANIL and client Social Media teams to promote events.
• Develop a budget for each event and track the budget versus actual.
• Work with SANIL Accounting to get invoices paid and track revenue.
• Report on the results of each event/marketing campaign.

Monthly Collective Update Meetings:

• Set up and facilitate recurring meetings with all collectives.
• Plan agendas
• Work with GM to develop presentations for each meeting, which include financials, results of past marketing campaigns, and plans for the 90 days.
• Take notes during the meeting, distribute notes after the meeting, and follow-up on action items after the meeting.

Onboard New Collectives:

• Work with athletic departments to onboard the new collective.
• Facilitate the naming of the collective and selection of the URL.
• Work with SANIL Creative Services to design a logo and get sign-off from the athletic department.
• Work with IT to develop and launch collective website.
• Work with athletic department to create a press release.
• Educate athletic department on SANIL's processes.

Success is measured by:

• Client Satisfaction of the SANIL General Manager and client college athletic department staff
• Commercial revenue generated from marketing campaigns, events, membership drives, etc.
