CHI St. Francis Health is a ministry serving the head of the Red River basin located in Breckenridge Minnesota founded by the Franciscan Sisters of Little Falls in 1899. St. Francis is an organization that provides a full continuum of health care services. We promote health healing and community through works of care and compassion. Responsibilities

Under the supervision of a provider, Licensed Registered Nurse or Licensed Practical Nurse functions as a vital member of the healthcare team who contributes to the success of the practice by demonstrating customer/patient focus, effective communication, professionalism, and teamwork. Utilizes the nursing process to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate comprehensive care provided to selected patient populations and their families.

Qualifications

Must be a graduate of an accredited school of registered nursing or licensed practical nurse program.

Must have current/valid Licensed Registered Nurse or Licensed Practical Nurse license from the state licensing board.

Must have current healthcare provider CPR (Basic Life Support) certification
