Summary

The Department of Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation is seeking a clinic manager to serve our orthotics and prosthetics clinic in Austin, TX.

Job Duties

• Provide prosthetic and orthotic clinical care in assigned clinic(s).
• Develop a referral network focused on the clinics core value and mission.
• Participate and engage in best practices with regards to documentation, compassionate, ethical, and clinical care.
• Uphold and help shape core clinical values.
• Train and assist in developing the clinic team including staff and other new clinical providers.
• Adhere to policies and procedures to help cultivate a positive culture and work environment.

Minimum Qualifications

• Master's degree in O&P or related field is critical.
• Must have or be eligible for TX state medical licensure.
