Position Summary:

The Clinical Customer Service Representative enhances service excellence at Johns Hopkins Hospital by serving as a central point of contact and communication for patients, families, visitors, and healthcare team members in patient care units. The Clinical Customer Service Representative also provides a broad spectrum of customer support services to medical, nursing, and administrative staff by performing various unit-specific activities to meet unit, department, and institutional needs.

Rotating Shift - 24 hours per week ( 6-:00 am - 2:30 pm and 7:00 am - 7:30 pm), weekend work is required.

Education/Work Experience:
  • HS Diploma or equivalent, one year of college credit preferred.
  • Minimum of six months experience in healthcare or office setting.
  • Strong customer service experience in a high volume work setting (i.e., call center, guest services, reception, etc. preferred.)
