The role you'll contribute:

The Clinical Engineering Manager leads clinical engineering initiatives to provide superior customer service and operational efficiency by managing the execution of the AdventHealth Medical Equipment Management Plan (MEMP). This position manages operations on a day-to-day basis, collaborates and maintains positive relationships with customers, works to develop colleagues, and provides a communication channel between hospital executives. The Clinical Engineering Manager also directs regulatory body inspections and ensures that AdventHealth is following regulatory standards. This position includes a hands-on service component in general biomedical support. The individual demonstrates adherence to the AdventHealth service standards. Actively participates in outstanding customer service and accepts responsibility in maintaining relationships that are equally respectful to all.

Qualifications
The expertise and experiences you'll need to succeed :
  • Minimum qualifications :

• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent technical or military training/experience AND Four years of biomedical, facilities, or related experience OR Associates Degree in a related field AND Six years of biomedical, facilities, or related experience

• One year of managerial/leadership experience, preferably in a clinical engineering setting; or graduate of a management training program
