Position description
The Division of Hematology-Oncology in the Department of Medicine at the David Geffen School of Medicine at UCLA is seeking physicians at the Instructor, Assistant, Associate, or full Professor ranks for multiple sites in the Greater Los Angeles area. The locations include Westwood, Santa Monica, and other respective satellite clinic sites. An M.D., D.O., or M.D., Ph.D. is required. Candidates must be board eligible or board certified in Oncology and/or Hematology. A California medical license is required. Positions will include teaching of medical students, residents, and fellows. Rank and salary is commensurate upon experience.
The posted UC salary scales [ https://www.ucop.edu/academic-personnel-programs/compensation/index.html ] set the minimum pay determined by rank and step at appointment. See Table 5. The salary range for this position is $134,700 - $575,000. This position includes membership in the health sciences compensation plan [ https://ucop.edu/academic-personnel-programs/_files/apm/apm-670.pdf ], which provides for eligibility for additional compensation.
