The Excel Center of Lewisville is an outpatient clinic serving ages 5 - 18. We are a specialized day treatment center meeting the emotional and behavioral needs of children and adolescents. We offer Partial Hospitalization and Intensive Outpatient Programs in a safe and supportive environment for youth whose emotional and behavioral problems are interfering with their ability to function effectively at home, at school, and in the community. Our team of dedicated psychiatrists, nurses, licensed therapists and teachers are experienced in working with children, adolescents and families. An affiliate of Millwood Hospital, the Excel Center of Lewisville offers a less restrictive treatment environment than an inpatient facility.

Position Summary:
The Clinical Program Director (A Licensed Professional) provides the leadership and strategic planning for the facility, ensuring the delivery of clinical programs that meet the needs of the community and the facility's performance goals and objectives. Responsibilities include the overall administrative processes of budgetary control, management systems for all clinical services offered at the facility, intake and assessment activities, utilization review, regulatory and compliance issues and business development coordination.

Qualifications
QUALIFICATIONS
- Education: Master's Degree from an accredited college or university in Health and Human Service field
- Experience : Minimum two (2) years experience in a mental health setting performing group, individual and/or family therapy with children and adolescents. Also, one (1) year administrative experience, specifically experience with supervising other clinicians.
- License: Must possess a clinical license (LMSW, LCSW, LPC, LPC-S, PMH-NP).
- Additional Requirements: Strong knowledge of current evidenced based practices. CPR and CPI training as outlined in the New Hire Policy must be completed before providing direct care services.
