Education:
- Department: Oncology
- Schedule: Full-time 1.0 FTE days | Monday - Friday with weekends and holidays only as necessary
- Hospital: Ascension St. Elizabeth

Responsibilities
Manage activities and flow of work for the assigned clinical program.
- Develop, implement and evaluate program services and initiatives.
- Hire, train, develop and evaluate staff. Assign tasks and prioritizes and coordinates work.
- Collaborate with others to assist with problem identification and resolution, cost containment issues, implementation of new services, and systems/performance measures.
- Monitor and adhere to budget. Approve or monitor expenditures, purchases and other actions to insure compliance with budget guidelines.
Education:
- High School diploma equivalency with 3 years of cumulative experience OR Associate'
degree/Bachelor's degree with 2 years of cumulative experience OR 7 years of applicable cumulative job specific experience required. - 3 years of leadership or management experience preferred.
- Oncology experience preferred.
- Outpatient Services management preferred.
- RN preferred.
