Coordinate all front office functions, including addressing customer's needs organizing workflow, making adjustments to assignments & Inventory Management.

Serves as a phlebotomy resource to clarify ordering & specimen's issues.

Oversees training of new employees & clinical students in a meaningful, effective manner.

Managers & processes MethCare Outreach specimens in a timely fashion. Resolves problems related to specimens, orders & supplies. Resolve issues related to MEL accounts.

Works with LIS analyst to resolve any IS/IT related issues including Fax transmissions.

Strictly adhere to National Patient Safety Goals, HIPAA Guidelines and AIDET Expectations.

Interacts effectively with Physicians, Patients and other Support Services. Responds to customer's concerns and comfort positively. Answers phone calls promptly and professionally.

Performs other duties as needed and/or assigned.

Required Skills & Experience

1+ year experience in a lab environment

Minimum education - HS Diploma

Demonstrated oral & written communication skills.

Excellent interpersonal & leadership skills.

Ability to work independently in a team environment.

Energetic, self-motivated & driven.

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

Associates or Bachelors Degree

PBT (ASCP) or Equivalent within two years of hire.
