Clinical Research Coordinator II

General Summary of Position

We have opportunities available for experienced and patient-focused Clinical Research Coordinator II's to join MedStar Health Research Institute on-site in Washington, DC. We currently have opportunities available with our Neurology and Oncology clinical research teams. Some positions may require occasional local travel in other areas throughout the DMV corridor.

Implements and coordinates research and administrative procedures for the successful management of clinical trials. Performs diverse administrative duties requiring analysis, sound judgment and a high level of knowledge of study specific protocols. Enters study and/or research participant data into the Clinical Trial Management System (CTMS) as applicable.

Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree, an allied health or related professional degree, or equivalent work experience
- 2 years of relevant clinical research coordination experience required
- Experience in a healthcare setting preferred
- Undergraduate and/or work experiences that demonstrate aptitude for research facilitation preferred
- Verbal and written communication skills
- Basic computer skills preferred
