The position requires direct a 5 year longitudinal research study. Assist with recruitment, screening, scheduling and consent of participants. Conduct quantitative assessments with participants. Conduct qualitative assessments with participants. Coordinate data collection with the practice-based research network. Monitor participant enrollment and retention and prepare regular reports.

Qualifications

EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE & SKILLS:
  • Bachelor's degree or higher in social work, public health, psychology, nursing, or other social/behavioral science disciplines
  • Excellent communicator - demonstrated interpersonal, written and oral communication skills to effectively communicate, collaborate, and establish and maintain good working relationships with a diverse group of multi-disciplinary researchers, staff, and partners
  • Excellent organizational skills
  • Excellent computer skills including knowledge of Microsoft Office and the ability to learn new software applications such as REDCap
  • Willing to travel within Los Angeles for project activities
  • Commitment to racial equity, health equity, social justice, and reducing racial/ethnic disparities in health and mental health
  • Must have a high level of attention to detail, flexibility, ability to work on a team, and punctuality


Conditions of Employment

Covid Vaccination is a requirement for employment at Jefferson for employees working at Jefferson's clinical entities or at the University.
