A federal client is seeking a Clinician that will provide a trauma-informed approach to counseling unaccompanied children (UC) and their families following UC release. The Clinician will provide individual counseling to the UC, coordinate services for the youth and conjunction with community partners, and provide crisis intervention as needed. Extensive travel (ground and/or air) to visit UC homes and conduct home assessments is required.

Required Skills & Experience
- LMSW, LCSW, LMHC, LMFT or equivalent license in related field
- Masters Degree in social work, psychology, sociology, or other related behavioral science degree.
- Experience with assessments and report writing
- Strong MS Office Skills
- Experience with a strength based, cognitive behavioral, and trauma sensitive approach to treating troubled youth
- Comfortable with weekly home visits supporting youth and families.
- Comfortable managing a case load of 10-15 youth.
- Valid drivers license
- COVID-19 Vaccinated
- Salary Range: $72,000-$76,000

Nice to Have Skills & Experience
- Prior experience or familiarity with ORR.
