ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES

Responsibilities

•

Need Architect who has architected cloud solutions, preferably using AWS and GCP

•

Experience with cloud development on public clouds with AWS and Google cloud preferred

Knowledge of Airline domain, preferably in the Scheduling area is required

•

Strong programming skills in Java, Spring Boot, Junit, Hibernate

•

Knowledge of Oracle and PostGRE databases in the Cloud

•

Understands design and best practices that enable applications to run effectively on cloud platforms

•

Understands services/options available on cloud

Qualifications

•

10+ years Development experience with Cloud Engineering experience in a SaaS environment

•

Familiar with AWS tools such as EC2, S3, lambda etc

•

Experience as an architect with enterprise relational databases (NOT A DBA). Oracle and Postgres strongly preferred.

•

No SQL and Big Data knowledge

•

Experience managing Airline related software deployments is required

•

Knowledge of Airline domain, preferably in the Scheduling area is required

•

Exceptional interpersonal and written communication skills

•

Experience with big data technologies like Hadoop , Presto

•

Has a startup mindset, rolls up sleeves and does PoC, proto typing to prove out concepts

•

Experience in designing and (re) architecting highly scalable applications at an enterprise level using proprietary or open source technologies

•

Webservices, Service Oriented Architecture, API design and development experience

•

Modern development technologies, methodology and practices

•

Agile development

•

Java, React JS

•

Test driven development

•

Continuous development using tools (Jenkins, Cruise Control etc.)

•

Source Control like GIT

•

Experience being a full stack developer
