• 5+ years portfolio, program, project coordination or management experience and leading complex strategic or transformation initiatives
  
• Knowledgeable of project management approaches, tools, and phases of the project lifecycle.
  
• Ability to host meetings, create agendas, maintain clear meeting notes, follow up to ensure others complete their assigned actions
  
• Excellent attention to detail and understanding of the big picture
  
• Impeccable time management and multi-tasking skills
  
• Able to produce innovative, creative, and impactful presentations for all levels of leadership with exceptional MS PowerPoint, Excel, and Word skills
  
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with experience translating complex information and requirements into clear and defined tasks
  
• Highly motivated self-starter with ability to juggle multiple tasks in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment, with excellent organization skills and careful attention to detail
  
• Flexible and adaptable to changing circumstances
