The ideal candidate for the Colleague ExperienceManager position will haveexperience in all areas of the Human Resource function. The position responsibilities will include but are not limited to event planning for colleague activities, benefit administration, recruitment and retention, employee/labor relations, safety, training, colleague development, etc. This position will report to the Director of Human Resources.

Qualifications:
• A true desire to satisfy the needs of others in a fast-paced environment
• Refined verbal and written communication skills
• 2 or more years of human resource or Hyatt managementexperience preferred
• Ability to prioritize and organize work assignments
• Knowledge and experience with Human Resources systems such as Dimensions, ADP EIS, and Taleo.
• Must be able to support Hyatt's purpose by identifying opportunities to display authentic human care to guests and colleagues so they can be their best.
