Collections Analyst

Insight Global is looking for 2 Credit Analysts to join the credit collections team at a global medical device client. This is a hybrid role, 3 days onsite, 2 days remote. These candidates will be responsible for analyzing and resolving customer disputes, collaborating with the sales team, customer service teams and other stakeholders. They will be responsible for maintaining record of disputes and resolutions. The technology utilized within this environment is SAP, Excel, Tableau and Get Paid. This is a yearlong contract and the ideal candidates will come from an accounting or finance background with experience working on credit disputes.

$25/hr to $30/hr Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education. Benefit packages for this role will start on the 31st day of employment and include medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as HSA, FSA, and DCFSA account options, and 401K retirement account access with employer matching. Employees in this role are also entitled to paid sick leave and/or other paid time off as provided by applicable law.

Required Skills & Experience

* 3+ years of credit/collections experience

* Experience working with Tableau or Excel

* Experience working with GetPaid or Autonomous Receivables or Billtrust or Quadient or similar accounts receivable software
