INTL Collections Analyst

Insight Global is looking for a Credit Analyst to join the credit collections team at a global medical device clientThis position will be based in Coyol, Costa Rica, and will operate on a hybrid mode. The Analyst will report to the Supervisor of the Collection Support Team and will be responsible for all supporting activities for the Credit and Collection team based in the US. These responsiblities include: performing customer account reconciliation, sending copies of missing invoices, managing order releases in SAP and handling other non-customer facing activities as required. This is a year long contract with the chance of conversion to fulltime.

Required Skills & Experience
- 3+ years of credit/collections experience
* Experience working with Tableau or Excel
- Fluent in English & Spanish
- Strong communication
