As the Communications Operations Lead, you will lead the Communications Gameplan process across the core facets of CORPORATE, CONSUMER, and EMPLOYEE Communications. You will own and drive the step-by-step process that consolidates planning and execution across each area to ultimately advance our narrative.

A typical week might include:

* Advanced Planning: Map out key milestones for our Strategic Communications "Gamplan" Planning Process. Give team visibility into upcoming deliverables and dates. Hold working sessions as needed to ensure timelines are achieved.

* Workflow Management: Continually track and incorporate topics from the plan into a cadence of regular meetings (Weekly huddle, bi-weekly strategy, etc.) Enable use of tools (systems, templates, etc.) to drive consistency and efficiency. Coordinate and consolidate Monthly Goals. Contract & invoice management

* Strategic Alignment: Collaborate with the VP, Global Communications on the intended outcomes for the quarter, provide a pulse on leadership team engagement, and shape the priorities for upcoming meetings. Discuss possible approaches to various areas of the work (AOP, team development, quarterly all team meetings, L&D, etc.) Continually assess progress on the work and the team's development. Identify and incorporate the team's feedback to enhance the approach and ways of working

* Execution & Delivery: Build out meeting agendas. Draft written messages to send in advance of sessions or as follow-up. Coordinate and finalize content for meetings in partnership with Graphic Designer. Work with executive assistant on meeting logistics

Required Skills & Experience

* Bachelor's degree in communications, journalism, business or related field.

* A minimum 5 years relevant work experience.

* Previous experience working with consumer and brand focused companies is preferred, not required.

* A self-starter who instinctively and consistently creates personal and professional stretch goals and meets them.

* Works well with others with the ability to build trust with the team and work effectively in a highly collaborative team environment

* Skilled at planning, organizing, prioritizing and executing simultaneous projects and activities. Proven ability to work well under pressure and adapt quickly to change.

* Excellent writing and editing skills.

* Curiosity and ability to think creatively, flexibility.
