Our client is seeking a Compliance Auditor and Educator for an onsite position in Farmingtion, NM.

The ComplianceAuditor and Educator serves as a regulatory clinical specialist within the Office of Compliance and Privacy to help manage inquiries on a variety of compliance topics by: gathering additional details on the questions/issues and conducting relevant research. The Compliance Auditor and Educator assists with the ongoing implementation and maintenance of compliance program efforts; including, but not limited to: auditing and monitoring, training and education initiatives with providers, support staff and other key stakeholders. This position will have a focus on auditing and monitoring, analyzing and reporting trends to identify potential risk areas for review and/or education. Auditing and follow-up education with staff, including providers, will be critical in this role. This position will be responsible for developing professional presentations for a variety of audiences for coding and documentation training.

Requirements:
  • Experience in MDaudit
  • Professional Fee Coding/Auditing
  • Education to providers - onboarding & post-audit
  • Ability to develop trainings for coding && documentation training
  • CPC required
  • Strong communicator, professional
  • 5+ years' experience in auditing
