ABOUT THIS FEATURED OPPORTUNITY
Apple is seeking an experienced Program Manager to join the Apple Store Online team and drive the management of Compliance program. In this role you will work with stakeholders across Apple to identify and prioritize compliance requirements for the Apple Store Online team that live up to Apple's values and customer experience. You will translate various legal requirements into technical and product requirements to allow for execution of the work through partner product teams. This position requires strong project management skills, business sense and technical curiosity. You should have a passion for collaborating to delivering great end-to-end customer experiences for Apple customers. You will work across many cross-functional partners within Apple and be our liaison with them to ensure alignment and track progress. You will also drive related projects end-to-end as needed.

We are looking for someone who can adapt and respond to changes proactively and efficiently. This role is a role critical to the success of key strategic initiatives; you will be part of team that works in a collaborative, fast-paced environment. In addition to your background in product and program management, you should be able to simplify complex concepts, articulate and explain your thoughts affectively, question to gain insights and understand different points of view.

KEY SUCCESS FACTORS (top 3 must haves)

1. 5+ years of experience Product Management skillset - Understanding the business and technical acumen, being the liaison between the business and technical teams, working cross functionally with EPM's and Engineering teams, understanding and consuming business problems and turning it to a technical problem, and understanding what executing will look like
2. Project/program management - Supporting programs and projects on the strategy side, working across various tracks simultaneously, tracking and managing projects/programs/products
3. Written and verbal communication- directly communicating problems, help bridge gaps between various product teams, verbally know their audience, able to put together a solid deck and present when needed

NICE TO HAVES

1. E-Commerce experience - Familiarity with e-commerce platforms and best practices
2. Compliance experience - Understanding of compliance frameworks and regulatory requirements.
