General description

The Taxpayer Services Division houses ones of the agency's call center. This position is a critical position within the call center. We are looking for an individual with experience providing excellent customer service experience in an office or call center environment handing a large number of phone calls.

This position may be eligible for a flexible/hybrid work schedule if certain conditions are met; working arrangements may change at any time as business necessitates.



Qualifications:

Education:

High School Diploma or GED.

Experience:

Two (2) years of work experience handing 20 plus calls per day in an office or call center environment.

In this role you will:

• Provide customer service to taxpayer and agency personnel

• Communicate information to the public and agency personnel.

• Perform research utilizing agency systems for agency telephone numbers and information.

• Receive and distribute telephone messages.

• Perform clerical tasks and assists section staff as needed.

• Perform all other related duties as assigned.
