Silotech Group is recruiting for a Configuration Manager to develop, implement, and maintain CM processes, tools, and infrastructure support across all aspects to facilitate attainment of all requirements.

Essential Roles and Responsibilities
  • Develop, implement, and maintain CM processes, tools, and infrastructure support across all aspects to facilitate attainment of all requirements.
  • Document every component included in the project/program in a S/SDD, which will define the functional and physical characteristics of each Configuration Item(s) (CI) in sufficient detail so that it may be selected, tested, evaluated, procured, accepted, installed, operated, maintained, and supported.
  • Ensure that CIs will be submitted in a format suitable to AT&T and the customer.
  • Compile and track program specific software license status and correlate to component build dependencies, while working with procurement personnel to forecast renewal cost.
  • Conduct and maintain periodical internal change management processes with the Program Management team and customer.
  • Provide renewal and / or decommissioning recommendations, based on AT&T GPS and ServiceNow data.
  • Manage asset management tools input/outputs and provide a single configuration management database (CMDB) source and craft a Configuration Management Plan (CMP).
  • Coordinate with Global Vendor Management, Asset Management, Business Management and Delivery Service Teams monitor and control maintenance activities.
  • Monitor and report device statuses that are end-of-life and end-of-services and relationship to AT&T work centers.

Experience
  • 4 years of configuration management experience or similar roles.

Education
  • Bachelor's Degree in IT or Computer Science Highly Desired

  • ITIL v4 Foundation
