HDR's Construction Control Corporation (CCC) is hiring experienced Construction Project Managers to join our Florida CEI team. These positions can be located at our client site in Pompano Beach or Orlando.

Primary Responsibilities

• Direct highly complex and specialized construction engineering administration and inspection program
• Plan and organize the work of subordinate and staff members
• Develop and/or review policies, methods, practices, and procedures
• Review programs for conformance with Department standards

Qualifications

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in related field
• A minimum of 7 years of major road and bridge construction experience
• A minimum of 2 years of project management experience
• Must have the ability to interact with various teams and have excellent organizational, project management and communication (both written and verbal) skills
• An attitude and commitment to being an active participant of our employee-owned culture is a must

Preferred Qualifications

• PE License is preferred
• Previous experience on FDOT or FL Turnpike projects is a strong plus
