Deloitte Consulting LLP seeks a Consulting, Manager in San Jose, California and various unanticipated Deloitte office locations and client sites nationally.

Work You'll Do
Manage the creation of innovative and transformative solutions for information technology projects that address clients' needs and improve performance by determining the appropriate talent structure and transform their workforce practices in ways that lead to significant savings, a leading edge on competition, and greater efficiency. Manage day-to-day interactions with executive and sponsors and develop and maintain contact with top decision makers at key clients. Manage teams that provide industry insight and analytical support for information technology projects using data mining, pattern matching, data visualization, and predictive modeling tools to produce analysis and algorithms that help businesses make better decisions. Manage aspects of the proposal development process and contribute to the development of proposal pricing strategies for information technology projects. Perform role of counselor and coach, actively participate in staff recruitment and retention activities, and provide leadership and support for teams and staff in local offices.
• 50% Travel required nationally

• Work location includes various unanticipated Deloitte office locations and client sites nationally.

Requirements
Master's degree or foreign equivalent in Business Administration, any STEM field, or a related field. Must have 3 years of related work experience in the job offered or in a related occupation. In the alternative, the employer will accept a Bachelor's degree (or foreign equivalent) and 5 years of progressive related work experience.
Position requires 3 years of related work experience in each of the following:
• Participating in teams that define, build, and implement programs that enable the success of transformation goals and managing overall human resource transformation projects, conducting weekly status reporting, and identifying issues and managing risks, utilizing Microsoft (MS) Project Management, MS Excel, and MS Teams;
• Participating in and leading business development efforts, including Statements of Work (SOW), proposal development, client presentations, utilizing MS PowerPoint and MS Excel;
• Participating in teams that define, build, and implement enhancements to HR processes and structure, utilizing SAP SuccessFactors technologies;
• Working across all phases of the Workforce Transformation project delivery lifecycle to design, develop, test, and implement solutions for enterprise level clients, and configuring new processes for integrating HR processes into Cloud technology, portals, and high impact operating models, utilizing SAP SuccessFactors;
• Interfacing directly with clients to gather and analyze requirements to support Human Resource Transformation project design, utilizing SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central, Recruiting management, onboarding, and Performance & Goal management;
• Analyzing and documenting current-state systems, processes and environments to support project design of future-state/to-be organization, processes and environments specific to organizational design, workforce capacity and competencies, training, talent acquisition and development, utilizing MS Visio;
• Generating and delivering project and workstream status reports to internal and external stakeholders and leading onshore and offshore team members, ensuring timely and high-quality deliverables in Human Resource Transformation projects; and
• Providing leadership, direction, and motivation to team members, including developing and managing organizational standards regarding business solution delivery, solution quality, client satisfaction, resource management, fiscal oversight, work scope management, and the enhancement of practitioner's skills and capabilities.

Annual Salary: $179,171.00 - $241,000.00.
