Deloitte Consulting LLP seeks a Consulting, Senior Product Management Specialist in Charlotte, North Carolina and various unanticipated Deloitte office locations and client sites nationally.

Work You'll Do
Drive software advisory and implementation services to help companies unlock the value of technology investments as discrete services or comprehensive solutions. Perform assessments of existing information systems and identify gaps between business requirements and current system capabilities; provide application analysis to meet software architecture and infrastructure goals. Define systems strategy, develop system requirements, design, prototype, and test custom technology solutions, and support system implementation. Participate in setting engagement objectives and scope, develop work plans for components of engagements, and coordinate activities between workstreams and identify changes in scope. Provide industry insight and analytical support using data mining, pattern matching, data visualization, and predictive modeling tools to produce analysis and algorithms that help businesses make better decisions. Transform detailed requirements into a complete, detailed systems design document; support creation of interface specifications and call flows for the various components in the design.

Requirements
Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent in Business Administration, Economics, any STEM field, or a related field. Must have 2 years of related work experience in the job offered or in a related occupation. Position requires 2 years of related work experience in each of the following:
• Utilizing Agile development methodologies to provide software advisory and implementation services for clients in the financial services industries;
• Designing sub-components of larger systems, integrating applications with each other and continuously optimizing system structure, utilizing component architecture diagrams using Lucidchart;
• Researching user reported issues with software systems, identifying root causes and resolutions, and implementing fixes utilizing Microsoft (MS) Visual Studio Code (VS Code), and Atlassian Jira;
• Tracking implementation defects, coordinating defect resolution efforts, and documenting resolution details, utilizing Jira;
• Developing functional specifications for custom development and interface with external systems utilizing ProductPlan, Confluence, and Lucidchart; and
• Creating project charters, schedules, and plans, defining project tasks, allocating resources, and monitoring project progress utilizing MS Excel, Jira, and ProductPlan.
