The Consumer Communications team develops, manages and supports initiatives that educate, engage and inform our Members, Owners and Guests. As an integral part of Hilton Grand Vacations, we focus on solutions that fit the needs of our consumers throughout their entire travel experience.

The Communications Specialist is a writing-centric role responsible for crafting compelling, clear and effective communications across various channels. This position plays a crucial role in supporting membership, owner and guest communication efforts including, but not limited to, drafting consumer-facing emails, letters and website copy, and managing content development for print and digital publications.

While based out of Orlando, Florida, the position is open to a hybrid work model.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide overall support for membership and owner communication efforts including, but not limited to, the crafting of consumer-facing emails, letters and website copy, as well as provide copyediting and copywriting support for print/digital publications:

  • Help craft emails, letters, talking points and other messages for consumer and internal use.
  • Work with team members to help craft communications to owners, including annual billing/meeting letters, board-facing newsletters and other homeowners association-related activities.
  • Assist in the production and distribution of membership publications, including HGV’s Club Traveler magazine (printed 3 times per year) and Club Traveler (bi-monthly online newsletter) and associated emails.
  • Provide ongoing content updates to the membership website and ensure the quality and consistency of web copy.
  • Develop and help manage email campaigns around key business efforts and initiatives.


Manage the team’s award efforts, including research and crafting of award entries.

Ensure the quality of consumer-facing content based on internal and external style guidelines.

Key Skills:

  • Exceptional writing, editing and proofreading skills.
  • Proficiency in AP Stylebook, Chicago Manual of Style or both
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
  • Ability to thrive under pressure and effectively handle multiple demands, while prioritizing responsibilities


Experience Required:

  • 3-5 years of related experience
  • B2C copy development experience
