Schedule: Full Time
Shift: Days Monday-Friday 8am to 5pm
Location: 895 Howard Gap Road; Fletcher, NC 28732
The role you'll contribute: The Patient Resource Team is a metrics-based inbound scheduling and clinical contact center for physician offices. Our team is often the first contact for a new patient and the ongoing connection to their provider for all their health & wellness needs. The AdventHealth Mission and Service Standards guide each call with the goal of personalized customer service to achieve First Call Resolution.
The value you'll bring to the team:
• Answers inbound calls to the physician practice clinical lines in a polite and professional manner.
• Assists callers with clinical tasks according to established protocols.
• Provides appropriate chart documentation.
• Collaborates well with Clinical Pod, Scheduling Pod, and clinical staff.
Qualifications
The expertise and experiences you'll need to succeed:
• High school graduate or equivalent required
• 2 years + in-clinic experience as certified medical assistant.
