Job Title: Content - Product Support Manager

Location: 100% Remote opportunity (preferred location Austin)

Duration: 12 months

Pay rate:$60 - $60.42 hr. on W2

Content & Product Support
  • Responsible for 2-year content reviews of Web, Mobile, and Communication content with key stakeholders such as RPS Business, Marketing, Legal, and Compliance through Workfront, which includes working with SME and BSR reviewers
  • Working with ICRM to ensure correct disclosures are on the web, mobile, and communications
  • Partners directly with UX communication strategist and Product Owners on reviews
  • Review suggestions submitted by Key stakeholders, such as call center or marketing
  • Ensures consistency in terms, phrases and language across channels
  • Inventory and create product documentation within confluence and SharePoint
  • Supports the content governance on what messaging and documents can be added to the Web and Mobile, along with what reviews may be needed
  • Assist with annual attestation of special messaging and custom documents with relationship management
  • Help create and maintain product metrics
  • Assist with research and prioritization of application support request
  • 3-5 years of experience supporting a product, prior recordkeeping administration, and/ or client communications experience is preferable.
  • Experience collaborating with technology teams, product, marketing, and business partners to implement digital experiences Experience crafting and implementing processes, procedures, and controls for managing the administration of a retirement plan product Curiosity, a can-do attitude, and the ability to learn quickly and thrive in a complex, dynamic environment. Servant Leadership Able to garner respect from your Scrum team(s), lead and demonstrate value-add principles, and be willing and able to get your hands dirty to get the job done.
  • Attitude of transparency Desire and ability to bring disclosure and transparency to the Scrum team and grow trust between the business and development. A passion for learning and a spirit of continual self-improvement A drive to maximize efficiency through exception-driven resolution processes Prior experience using Jira and Confluence, along with understanding and an appreciation of Agile is preferred, but not required
