Our financial client is seeking aContent Operations Manager. This role will focus on maintaining and managing digital content across web, mobile, and communication platforms. This person works closely with various stakeholders like business teams, legal, compliance, marketing, and product owners to ensure that all content is accurate, consistent, and complies with regulations.
  • Content Review & Approval: This person leads the review of web, mobile, and communication content, coordinating with subject matter experts (SMEs) and key reviewers through tools like Workfront. They ensure that necessary updates or changes are made and approved by relevant stakeholders, such as marketing, legal, and compliance teams.
  • Compliance Management: They collaborate with the internal compliance and risk management (ICRM) teams to ensure that all legal and regulatory disclosures are correctly reflected across web, mobile, and communication channels.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration: They partner with UX communication strategists and product owners to review content and ensure that the language and messaging align with product goals. They also assess suggestions from call centers and marketing for content improvements.
  • Consistency & Quality Control: Ensuring consistency in language, terms, and phrasing across all channels (web, mobile, etc.) is a critical part of the role, ensuring a seamless experience for users.
  • Documentation Management: They maintain and organize product documentation using tools like Confluence and SharePoint, ensuring the right documents are available and up to date.
  • Content Governance: This person helps enforce rules and standards for what content or messaging can be added to web and mobile platforms. They also support reviewing documents to confirm they meet legal or marketing standards.
  • Special Messaging Attestation: They assist with the annual attestation process for custom documents and special messaging, working with relationship managers to ensure accuracy.
  • Metrics & Support: This person tracks and reports on product metrics, helping to analyze content performance and prioritize application support requests based on research and stakeholder input.
  • Product & Process Expertise: They draw on their experience in product support and client communications, and work with product, technology, and marketing teams to implement digital experiences, especially in retirement plan administration.

Requirements:
  • 3-5 years of experience supporting a product, prior recordkeeping administration and/ or client communications experience is preferrable.
  • Experience collaborating with technology teams, product, marketing, and business partners to implement digital experiences
  • Experience crafting and implementing processes, procedures and controls for managing the administration of a retirement plan product
  • Curiosity, a can-do attitude and the ability to learn quickly and thrive in a complex, dynamic environment.
  • Servant Leadership - Able to garner respect from your Scrum team(s), lead and demonstrate value-add principles, and willing and able to get your hands dirty to get the job done.
  • Attitude of transparency - Desire and ability to bring disclosure and transparency to the Scrum team and grow trust between the business and development.

  • A drive to maximize efficiency through exception-driven resolution processes
  • Prior experience using Jira and Confluence, along with understanding and an appreciation of Agile is preferred, but not required

The target hiring compensation range for this role is $53.99 to $59.99 an hour. Compensation is based on several factors including, but not limited to education, relevant work experience, relevant certifications, and location.
