This is a contract position with Gulf States Toyota. This contract position is expected to be 3-6 months in duration.

JOB SUMMARY

The Technical Specialist role is pivotal for the successful integration and deployment of front-end AI tools with our existing SAP system. The Technical Specialist will serve as a bridge between our innovative Trailblazer initiative and Gulf State Toyota's core operational systems, ensuring seamless data flow and functionality between cutting-edge AI applications and our established SAP backend.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
  • Collaborate with the Trailblazer project team and GST stakeholders to define integration requirements and objectives.
  • Utilize SAP S4/Hana knowledge to design and implement robust SAP integration solutions to support the deployment of AI tools within GST operations.
  • Conduct thorough testing and validation of integrated systems to ensure reliability, efficiency, and compliance with all data security protocols.
  • Provide technical expertise in SAP modules relevant to GST's business processes, offering insights that guide the customization of AI tools.
  • Develop documentation and training materials to support the adoption and ongoing use of the new systems.
  • Lead troubleshooting and continuous improvement efforts post-deployment to address any issues and optimize system performance.

QUALIFICATIONS
  • Strong foundation in SAP S4/Hana, evidenced by extensive hands-on experience with its modules and integration capabilities.
  • Demonstrated proficiency in AI and machine learning technologies, with a track record of successful integration into existing IT infrastructures.
  • Proven ability to work collaboratively across multidisciplinary teams, effectively communicating technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Solid project management skills, capable of leading complex integration projects with agility and foresight.
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field, with relevant professional certifications in SAP and AI technologies considered a plus.

CERTIFICATES, LICENSES, REGISTRATIONS
  • SAP Certification(s) in relevant module(s) highly desirable.
  • Any certifications related to AI or machine learning technologies are a plus.


PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS

The physical requirements described here are representative of those that must be met by an associate to successfully perform the essential functions of the job. While performing the duties of the job, the associate is required on a daily basis to analyze and interpret data, communicate, and remain in a stationary position for a significant amount of the work day; and frequently access, input, and retrieve information from the computer and other office productivity devices. The associate is regularly required to move about the office and around the corporate campus. The associate is occasionally required to travel to other sites, including out-of-state, where applicable, for business. The associate must frequently move up to 10 pounds and occasionally move up to 25 pounds.

WORK ENVIRONMENT

The work environment characteristics described here are representative of those an associate encounters while performing the essential functions of this job. While the job is generally performed in an office environment, the associate is occasionally exposed to wet and/or humid conditions, areas in which moving mechanical parts, fumes, toxic or caustic chemicals are present, and outside weather conditions. The noise level in the office environment is typically quiet, but the associate may be occasionally exposed to loud noise levels.

TRAVEL REQUIRED

The job requires significant domestic travel (up to 50% of the time). The associate is frequently required to travel to other sites, including out-of-state, where applicable, for business purposes. A large amount of this travel involves driving a company vehicle.
