On behalf of our client, a global investment management firm, we are seeking a Talent Development Coordinator for a 6 month contract assignment based in Orange County. You will be providing support to global Talent Development programs. The primary goal is to assist in the seamless delivery and execution of the organization's talent development strategy.

Responsibilities:
  • Training Program logistics
  • Managing inquiries
  • Communications with both internal and external parties
  • Ensuring the LMS is updated accurately.
Required Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree
  • Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with learning management systems. Workday Learning experience is an advantage.
  • Exceptional interpersonal, organizational and communication skills, with a client focus, and a proactive, solution-oriented mindset.
  • Possess high emotional intelligence (EQ), demonstrating adaptability and creativity in problem solving. The ability to collaborate effectively.
  • Demonstrated capability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
