Position Summary

Bay FC is seeking a termed Partnership Development Coordinator to join our team between August 15-November 15. The ideal candidate is a driven, self-motivated, and enthusiastic team member who is looking to grow their career in sports. The Partnership Development Coordinator is a key member of the Revenue Team and will be responsible for supporting the Partnership department, with a focus on current partner execution and needs. This full-time, fixed-term position reports to the SVP of Revenue or Director of Partnership Development.

Responsibilities
  • Assist in the execution of current Bay FC corporate partner execution, including deck building, file or creative trafficking, project tracking, information sharing, outreach, or other administrative duties as requested.
  • Assist the Partnership Development team leading into and on matchday, including credential, ticket, and parking requests; set up and break down of partner activations; client visits and hospitality; internal requests regarding operational needs; and proof of performance.
  • Assist in the onboarding of new partners, including acquiring logo files, deck building, and completing systems set up for new clients.
  • Manage key initiatives as needed to ensure coordination across corporate partnership sales and development teams.
  • Aggregate performance and execution data from internal and external sources.
  • Embrace a creative problem-solving mentality that helps the Bay FC team accomplish its goals.
  • Be willing and prepared to take on a variety of projects from administrative to strategic.


Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent
  • Desire to build and grow a career in sports
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously, while remaining organized, efficient, and calm under pressure
  • Ability to work Bay FC matchdays in San Jose, CA
  • Proven ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment
  • Women's soccer/NWSL knowledge a plus
