Our client, a leading financial company, is hiring a Contracts Administrator II on a contract basis

Summary:
A Contracts Administrator provides contracts advice, interpretation of contract requirements. This person must possess the ability to work well with others in high-volume situations with high attention to detail, and effectively interface with multiple internal functional and delivery teams with a high level of customer service and strong communication skills. In addition, this person:
• This role is responsible to perform contractual language analysis, data collection, drafting of documents, and categorization of client/engagement contracts, and data entry within the firms contract management system.
• This role will also liaise with stakeholders, engagement teams, and data customers to troubleshoot potential processing issues.
• Represents the firm in dealings with external customers and interfaces with all levels of delivery teams, functional support organizations, and customer organizations.
• Provides administrative oversight for a contracts portfolio with a revenue size of at least (USD)25M per year.
• Oversees the work of contract coordinators, training them on contract policies and procedures.
• Administers contracts including negotiation, correspondence, documentation, certification, and regulatory reporting in coordination with Contracts organization management.
• Reviews RFPs/RFQs to ensure compliance with terms and conditions, and provides advice and interpretation of contract requirements.
• Drafts contracts related documents for review by Contract Managers and OGC.
• Advises leadership and engagement management of contractual rights, obligations and risks; compiles and analyzes data; and maintains historical contract information.
• Maintains and updates contract management information systems.
• Lead for both internal/external data calls.
